With over eight years of experience in the BPO industry, Adonica Samuda has grown through roles including customer service agent, supervisor, and quality analyst.

During this time, her interest in people operations developed, leading her to complete a course in Supervisory Management and transition into the role of HR Employee Relations Coordinator.

To strengthen her foundation in the field, she pursued a Human Resource Management course. Today, as part of the VLBPO team, Adonica is passionate about supporting employees, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributing to the organization’s success. She leads with empathy, care, and a people-first mindset.
