Domornie Nelson serves as the Information Technology Administrator at VLBPO, supporting the company’s technology infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations across both onsite and remote environments. He plays a key role in ensuring employees have secure, reliable, and efficient access to the systems and tools they need to perform at their best.

His responsibilities span endpoint and device management, user access administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, software deployment, system monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and IT incident response. Domornie works closely with teams across the organization to resolve technical issues, maintain operational continuity, and ensure VLBPO’s technology environment remains scalable as the company grows.

Domornie also contributes to VLBPO’s cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance initiatives, supporting multifactor authentication, access reviews, endpoint security, audit evidence management, policy development, and secure remote-access controls. His work has helped strengthen internal IT governance, improve device-management standards, establish clearer operational procedures, and enhance the company’s overall security posture.
