Jason has also served as an Operations Director for international organizations managing workforces of up to 4,000 employees across multiple regions. His experience working with geographically diverse teams has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in managing large-scale, multi-regional operations while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and a strong focus on client and employee success.
